Welcome To Tai Shao Do Martial Arts Weaponry
This site is dedicated to all the Martial Arts Systems. My system, Tai Shao Do, is a blend of Kenpo, Ju-jitsu, Kung Fu, Iajutsu, Stick Fighting & Wrestling. Translated it means Universal way of the hands and feet. This system also incorporates the W u Hsing Tieh Chang: Five Elements Iron Palm technique.
The dragon signifies eternity, strength, wisdom and change. It is also an admonition against greed. |
Custom Made Weaponry
All weapons posted are custom made by myself. I handcraft: Swords, knives, canes, staffs, spears, etc. Steels used include forged, stainless, spring and tool, all high carbon. Practice swords and canes are made from ironwood and cherry. |

Xa Lung Mo Bo: Winding Dragon short staff
This weapon is indigenous to the Tai Shao Do system.* Patented * It can be used against multiple attackers, tying up an opponents weapon or strike, while delivering a blow at the same time. Chain is 3 ft. long stick 2 ft. Ring on end of quick link can be removed and another weapon head attached. Bottom of stick has fixed spike. A truly awesome weapon to wield!!! see Photo page.
